Thank you for coming to my personal chef website. You're probably wondering, "What is a personal chef"? I'm glad you asked! First off, I am not in your house all day, every day, and you don't have to pay me an annual salary, like you would with a private chef. I help you plan your weekly menu, do the grocery shopping, come to your house for a "Cook Day" to prepare the meals and label them with heating instructions, and leave you with a clean kitchen!
About Me
I am a passionate home cook whose culinary journey began when I was first married. My husband was a newly commissioned Air Force officer, and we lived far away from our family. I realized that if I wanted anything decent to eat, I was going to have to make it myself. I fell in love with The Food Network, and it ignited a fire in me that is still burning. I started compulsively collecting cookbooks, taking classes, and learning new cuisines and family recipes from all the friends I met traveling all over the country. I want to bring my enthusiasm to your kitchen and prepare the kinds of things you would make for yourself and your family if you had the time and/or desire to cook.
